Strawberries are one of the best fruits to help in reducing the levels of uric acid. This is because of their ability to neutralize the chemical compounds in the body. It can be eaten directly or added in smoothies.

The daily recommended dose of cherries per day is 200 gms, which is proven to be very effective in bringing down uric acid.
